SCHOOL CURRICULUM

The House of Joy Learning Centre follow the National Education system -8.4.4, which means 8 years in Primary, 4 years in High School and 4 years in University and Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) 2.6.3.3, which means 2 years pre-primary, 6 year primary, 3 years Junior Secondary, 3 years Senior Secondary.

House of Joy Learning Centre also teaches Life Skills to her children after realizing that many basic skills are fading away from the younger generation. Simple cooking, sowing, cleaning, etiquette and general life practices are emphasized and inculcated into the lives of the young ones.

House of Joy Learning Centre has also  very vibrant Guidance and Counseling department in the school which equips and counsels children when need arises. We believe in prevention but we are also ready for the cure in case it is required.

CO-CURRICULAR

The Co- Curricular activities are varied and undertaken in different terms.

Games, Computer lessons, Clubs and Societies (Drama, Scouting) are free of charge.
